B. How to use the ranking report 

Press Start and watch Web CEO check your rankings. Looking 

at the screenshot below, you will see that Web CEO outputs 

results in a simple form, but first you should learn how this tool 

works:

Results are immediately displayed on the screen as each is 

processed, in real time.

To simplify analysis, use one of the 11 predefined filters or 

create new ones based on your criteria. For example, in 

the screenshot, the default 

All results

 filter is applied and 

shows all keywords.  

If you have a large number of keywords in a profile, you 

may want to select, say, the 

In top 10

 filter from the drop 

down menu to see keywords that are in the top 10 search 

results.  

If you have already run a ranking mission, you can 

compare the current results with those with the previous 

ranking check or the first or best results.

At any time, you can edit the current profile or switch to a 

different profile by selecting one from the drop down menu.

The ranking report is presented in three forms. Select one of 

the three views
