Section D

The contract number shall be placed on or adjacent to all exterior mailing or shipping 

labels of deliverable items called for by each Task Order under the contract, except for 

reports. 

Mark deliverables, except for reports, for: 

a. NAME OF CONTRACTOR; 

b. CONTRACT NUMBER; 

c. TASK ORDER NUMBER;  

d. DESCRIPTION OF ITEMS CONTAINED THEREIN;
