E.4 CAR 1352.246 70 INSPECTION AND ACCEPTANCE (MAR 2000)
a. The Contracting Officer or the duly authorized representative will perform inspection
and acceptance of supplies and services to be provided under this contract.
b. Applicable terms of Inspection and acceptance will be stipulated on each individual
Task Order.
