Note: You should not set a quota for any user that is not listed 
unless you supply the  a option to quotactl. Adding a quota to any of 
these users (such as root, daemon, etc) may cause undesired 
functionality on your VPS server, and will not be supported. 
Removing User Quotas
You can remove a user account quota at any time by using the quotactl 
command from the command prompt. As an example, the following dialog shows 
the removal of the user account quota for "rusty":
> quotactl  d  u rusty

When you choose to delete a user's quota, there will be no limit to the disk space 
that that user can use on your VPS server.
