Downloading from the remote web server to the local site

You know that you need to transfer local files to the remote web server in order for 

Internet users to see your work, but you may wonder why you would need to transfer 

files from the web server to the local site.

You may find that your assuming responsibility for a website that already exists on 

the Internet.  In order to make a copy of the site for you to edit, you would need to Get 

the files from the web server and copy them to a local website.

In the Site panel, click the View drop down (it probably displays Local View) and 

choose Remote View.
