Second, headings are also browser dependent, which means that each browser pro 

gram and version may display the headings differently with regards to visual size, 

font face and color.

Finally, you can use headings and then apply additional character or paragraph for 

matting.  For instance, you can apply Heading 1 and then apply the text color of your 

choice.

To apply a heading,  click in the appropriate paragraph or select multiple paragraphs 

and then use any of the following methods:

Choose a heading option from the Format popup menu on the Properties panel.

Right click (Win) or control+click (Mac) and choose a heading from the Para 

graph Format option on the shortcut/contextual menu.

Choose Text > Paragraph Format and select a heading.

Press Ctrl+1 through 6 (Win) or apple+1 through 6 (Mac) depending on the head 

ing level  you wish to select.
