Ordered list properties
Using the List Properties dialog box, you can modify an existing list by changing it
from ordered to unordered, selecting a number style, or setting the number sequence.
If you are working with an existing list, click anywhere in the list or select a single list
item, but don't select the entire list, otherwise you will not be able to display the List
Properties dialog box.
To display the List Properties dialog box, proceed with one of the following methods:

Unordered lists
Unordered lists, or bulleted lists as they are commonly called, use an opening and
closing tag for the entire list element. And an opening and closing tag for each item
in the list. In addition, Dreamweaver MX has a dialog box of list properties to help
select a bullet style.
To create an unordered list, you can begin with a list already in the document or
establish the unordered list format prior to entering the list items. If working with an
existing list, first select all items to be part of the list and proceed with any of the
methods below, otherwise, just begin with any of the following methods:
Click the Unordered List icon on the Properties panel.
Right click (Win) or control+click (Mac) and select List > Unordered List.
