To add a border to the image, click in the Border field in the Properties panel and 

type in a value.  The value represents the width of the border measured in pixels.  

The color of the border is determined by the default text color defined in the Page 

Properties.

Creating a hyperlink using an image

You can use images as hyperlinks just as you would with standard text.  Simply select 

the image and then proceed with the hyperlink steps, see  Hyperlinks  on page 71.
