Links colors
There are three separate link actions that require colors: Links, Visited Links, and
Active Links. Links simply refers to a hyperlink on the page that has not yet been vis
ited (clicked on). Visited Links are those links on a page that have already been
clicked and the linked page has been displayed. The difference in color between
Links and Visited Links helps the web user identify which links they have and have
not viewed.

Choose Modify > Page Properties,

OR right click (Win) or control+click (Mac) the design view and choose Page
Properties.

Click the color box next to the Links, Visited Links and/or Active Links labels,
select a color (the hexidecimal code appears in the text box next to the label).

Click OK.
