AT&T is pleased to present this proposal for Managed Security Services Token 

Authentication (MSSTA) featuring Remote System Access (RSA) SecurID. As the 

world's leading developer of innovative, enabling network services and technologies, 

AT&T brings a depth of experience in all segments of the market including 

consumer, business, and government. This experience provides AT&T a unique 

ability to understand and respond to the specific support needs of this broad array of 

customers. 

Specifically, AT&T brings: 

An experienced RSA SecurID Token Operations management team staffed 

with qualified technical and management personnel. AT&T has one of the 

world's largest RSA SecurID token operations. Its experience in planning, 

deployment, process operation, and customer care is second to none. 

As a preferred RSA partner in supporting user requirements, AT&T works 

closely with RSA Security in deploying Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) and 

RSA  SecurID. Together, AT&T and RSA have successfully deployed and 

tested various VPNs, network authentication and access via Single Sign On 

and Operational Processes solutions. 

AT&T has a long history of developing, deploying, and supporting new and
