Proposal to Add Federal Telecommunications Service   Long Distance (FTS LD) 

Replacement of defective or damaged tokens will be mailed for delivery 

within three (3) business days of receipt of notice. 

Token expiration notice will be completed within 60 days of expiration. 

Modified change requests will be completed within two (2) business days of 

receipt of notice. 

Token re synchronization/Pin re sets will be conducted immediately over the 

phone. 

Turn Key Offer   For customers seeking a customized strong authentication 

solution managed by AT&T. AT&T offers several hosting options to facilitate the use 

of strong authentication as needed by the Customer. Menu items range from 

deployment of ACE/RADIUS servers at the customer premises to hosting and 

managing Customer servers within an AT&T Internet Data Center. The Turn Key 

service options include: 

AT&T provisioned servers, properly sized and configured to provide 

ACE/RADIUS authentication service. 

Customer selected hosting options include: hosting in an AT&T Data Center 

(servers managed by AT&T) or hosting on the customer premises (servers 

managed by Customer). 

If the customer chooses not to access the authentication servers via the 

Internet, then AT&T will provide dedicated access from the AT&T secure 

data center to the customer premises at the appropriate charges. 

AT&T will provide RSA ACE Agents and technical support to the customer 

to facilitate proper configuration of devices utilizing RSA SecurID. Agents 

for Windows NT and RADIUS which support most VPN devices are included.
