Proposal to Add Federal Telecommunications Service Long Distance (FTS LD)
Agents for platforms including Open/VMS, Novell, OS390, CICS, and Lotus
Domino may be provided at additional charge.
AT&T customer help desk to assist users with authentication
questions/problems is available 24x7 via toll free number.
AT&T technical support for questions/problems associated with the
infrastructure is available during the normal business day (Monday Friday,
8:00 am 5:00 pm Eastern Time) via a toll free number.
AT&T will provide RSA SecurID Tokens.
AT&T will provide fully managed Token Distribution services.
AT&T will provide the resources needed to manage this service within stated
service levels.

AT&T's MSSTA Offer Features
AT&T is pleased to provide the monitoring and management services for the
following RADIUS and RSA SecurID components:
Monitor the components 24x7 for availability and performance characteristics
and security events.
Identify and apply Operating System software level patches that relate to
security issues or known bugs affecting the operation of the ACE server or
ACE application.
Provide firewall rule changes. Individuals authorized by the customer and
identified to AT&T as such can initiate a rule change control process by
calling AT&T.
Respond to all reported outages and security events within 30 minutes.
