6.7.4  Managing for Success 

As the critical nature of the Government's web environment increases, proactive 

management becomes more important to ensure that potential issues are resolved 

before they become problems. AT&T also can provide security audits and load 

capacity testing to help insure that the Government's site is running at peak 

efficiency.  

6.7.4.1 Management 

and Monitoring Services 

The Enterprise Hosting Platform provides enhanced management and monitoring 

capabilities. These proactive management and monitoring services resolve potential 

issues before they become problems. What's even better, AT&T can provide 

monitoring to any application   whether it's an AT&T supported software application 

or a separately purchased application. Custom applications can even be proactively 

monitored to insure that they do not exceed their recommended operating thresholds.
