Proposal to Add Federal Telecommunications Service   Long Distance (FTS LD) 

The Client to Firewall option is available in two distinct versions: Remote VPN 

Client to Firewall (without Token Authentication) and Token Authenticated VPN 

Client to Firewall.  

The Remote VPN Client to Firewall (without Token Authentication) service allows 

users directly connected to the Internet to access resources in a secure manner. In a 

hosted environment, often this level of security is mandatory for system 

administrators and developers to gain secured access to applications on vital web  and 

database servers. Aggregated Switch Procurements and other companies that wish to 

provide a level of privacy or security to their users may also use remote VPN Client 

to Firewall (without Token Authentication).  

The Remote VPN Client to Firewall (without Token Authentication) service requires 

AT&T managed firewall service setup in AT&T Internet Data Center. VPN service is 

available for single managed firewall and all HA firewall configurations. Firewalls 

are configured for Check Point SecureRemote VPN access from the customer 

authorized users.  

The Remote VPN Client to Firewall (without Token Authentication) option includes 

the activation of Check Point SecureRemote VPN software

 on an AT&T Business 

Managed Security Service firewall. Certified security experts will configure the VPN 

tunnel in the AT&T location and assist the client provided technical representative 

with the master configuration of the Check Point SecureRemote VPN software

. The 

client must provide Check Point VPN SecureRemote software (Version 4.1) for all 

VPN remote users and will be required to provide passwords for authentication for

 Setup fees are limited to the maximum of 1 hour for VPN Tunnel setup per remote user. On going support is limited 

to 1 hour per user month. If additional consulting time is required, additional consulting fees will apply.
