Proposal to Add Federal Telecommunications Service   Long Distance (FTS LD) 

One Time Net Security Audit provides a one time evaluation of the Government's 

current security position with emphasis on vulnerable security areas. This service 

offers the information needed to measure and improve network security. 

Hacker Activity Response Capability 

Hacker Activity Response Capability is a software agent automatically installed on 

all new firewall deployments. Once suspicious activity is detected, the agent responds 

by blocking the offender's access to the entire system for a period of time. Access is 

blocked only for the particular IP address of the offender.  

OpenService SystemWatch Monitoring Service (ZoneWatch)  

OpenService SystemWatch Monitoring Service (ZoneWatch) employs a software 

agent installed directly onto firewall appliances. It provides enhanced monitoring 

capabilities and instant notification in the event of a problem with the security 

platform. ZoneWatch detects and reports on a variety of patterns that affect the 

integrity of the Government's security perimeter. ZoneWatch is included in all High 

Availability Firewall configurations and provides an additional layer of monitoring to 

assist in uptime requirements. 

Security Service Installation and Testing Report 

This one time, free report provides the Government with information pertaining to 

each of the managed security service the Government has subscribed to, including 

technical details gathered by security representatives during their review and testing 

of the Government's security installations. This report is provided at the completion 

of the Government's security services installation.
