Load Capacity Testing is available on an individual incident basis or in packs of three 
or six to allow the Government to make changes and re test. Emergency load testing 
is also available, with 24 hour advance notice. Remote 
Support Services On Demand

AT&T can provide extended management services to if the Government need 
additional support beyond the agreed upon management levels. This extended 
management service is called Remote Customer Support Services On Demand. 
Remote Customer Support Services on Demand, involves services performed at the 
request of a customer or an appointed representative. There are three levels of 
Remote Customer Support Services on Demand service   Level A, Level B, and 
Level C.  Remote Customer Support Services on Demand Level A 
Remote Customer Support Services on Demand Level A is provided at no additional 
fee with managed hosting services (Remote Customer Support Services on Demand 
A is provided for a fee in a customer managed platform), and involves the most basic 
activities but without involvement of tools, equipment, physical labor, keyboard or 
other data input. The following types of tasks are examples of what are included in 
this service: 
Examples of Level A service include: 
Reboot of a server 
Pushing a button or switching a toggle 
Setting a dip switch 
Use or disclosure of data contained on this sheet is subject to the restriction on the title page of this proposal.
