Proposal to Add Federal Telecommunications Service   Long Distance (FTS LD) 

With the AT&T Database Services, the Government gets the benefit of AT&T's 

reliable Enterprise hosting platform and infrastructure together with AT&T's 

database services. AT&T provides the Government with one stop shopping for the 

Government's E business needs.  

Database Services are offered as three (3) packages. The packages include: 

Design Services   400 hours (one time) 

Implementation services   150 hours (one time) 

Database Administration (DBA) services   20 hours (monthly recurring). 

6.7.15  Remote Security Consulting Packages 

Remote Security Consulting Packages are pre packages suites of services designed to 

assist companies in adhering to industry security standards and maintaining service 

level requirements. These packages could address the needs and requirements of the 

following industries: 

1. Healthcare (HIPAA). 

2.  Application Service Providers (ASP). 

3. E Commerce. 

4. Banking/Financial. 

Remote Security Consulting Packages will provide: 

Industry Specific Set of Security Policies and Procedures designed to assist 

the Government in implementing secure best practices 

Dedicated Security Consultants to assist the Government with developing the 

Government's security policies and procedures, monthly security and progress
