The lock tables=FALSE turns off lock tables. If your username has permission to lock
tables, you don't need that.
You can also place that command line in a crontab file if you are familiar with cron. This will
back up your data on a regular basis. Make sure you are not overwriting previous
information, or you are likely to overwrite good information with bad information at
precisely the time you needed your backup. Always archive your backups.
