Step 3: Add Text to Your Site  

Yahoo! SiteBuilder s text tools allow you to specify font type, size, and color. In this step, 

you will add text to a page of your web site. (If you created your site using a template, the 

Site Creation Wizard already created placeholder text for you.) Then you will use the text 

toolbar to modify your text. 

1: 

To create a new text box, select Text from the Insert menu. A text box will appear in the 

center of your page, and you will see the text portion of your toolbar become active at the 

top of the screen. 

2: 

If you re working in a blank page, double click in the text box, type your name, and then 

highlight it by clicking and dragging with the cursor. Select Arial and 16 point font from the 

pull down menus and click on the 

toolbar button to make your name appear in bold.
