To add a blank web page: 

From the File menu, select New Page, then Without Template. 

To add a blank web page from the Add New Page dialog: 

1.

Using your keyboard, press the keys Ctrl and N at the same time to open the Add 

New Page dialog.  

2.

Select No Template from the Categories: menu.  

3.

Click Add Page.  

To add a template web page:
