Web Hosting Getting Started Guide 146
2. Enter a name for the account in the "Name" field. You can choose any name you like; we
suggest selecting a name you ll be able to remember, such as "employee" or "mom."
3. Choose a password for the account and enter it in the "Password" field. Reenter the
password in the next field to confirm your spelling.
4. Click "Add User."
The new user account will appear below, under "Manage User Accounts."
After you have created a user account in the Password Manager, proceed to the File Manager
to assign access to one or more directories (remember that if you grant this account access to
a directory, the user will be able to access all of that directory s subdirectories as well). You
can access your File Manager by clicking the "File Manager" link on the Create & Update,
Manage, or Index tabs of your Web Hosting Control Panel.
If you do not have any subdirectories, you can create them now in File Manager by clicking
the "Create Subdirectory" link.
