Statewide Internet Portal Authority (SIPA)
SIPA, working with its contractors and customers, will determine the roll out schedule of
new Internet applications on an ongoing basis. SIPA and its contractors will respond as
agencies develop new Internet application requirements, get them approved through the
State's budget process, and develop the detailed specifications..
Future expansion of the portal will be based upon market surveys and validated
requirements from Colorado citizen and business demands and the needs of state
departments and other state and local government entities to provide services over the
Internet.
