Proposal to Add Federal Telecommunications Service Long Distance (FTS LD)
Internet based ACE/RADIUS servers managed and hosted by AT&T in a
secure AT&T Data Center.
AT&T will provide RSA ACE Agents and technical support to the customer
to facilitate proper configuration of devices utilizing RSA SecurID. Agents
for Windows NT and RADIUS supports most VPN devices included. Agents
for optional platforms including Open/VMS, Novell, OS390, CICS, and Lotus
Domino may be provided at additional charge.
AT&T customer help desk to assist users with authentication
questions/problems is available 24x7 via toll free number (Tier 2).
AT&T technical support for questions/problems associated with the
infrastructure is available during the normal business day (Monday Friday,
8:00 am 5:00 pm Eastern Time) via a toll free number.
AT&T will provide RSA SecurID Tokens.
AT&T will provide fully managed Token Distribution services.
AT&T will provide the resources needed to manage this service within stated
service levels.
The following explains the default service levels provided for the Subscription
Service:
After the initial installation, new tokens are mailed for delivery within three
(3) business days of receipt of an authorized request.
Tokens records can be deleted from the database within one (1) business day
of receipt of an authorized request, or immediately over the phone in an
emergency situation.
