Proposal to Add Federal Telecommunications Service   Long Distance (FTS LD) 

Reports are provided via e mail or Internet web access. Reports include weekly 

backup reports, monthly configuration reports, monthly trend reports and client 

requested summary reports for restores, changes in backup windows, etc. 

This service is provided in conjunction with StorageNetworks. Backups on Demand 

is available only within select Internet Data Centers at this time.  

6.7.10.6  Snap Copies on Demand 

Snap Copies on Demand creates snap copies of the Government's primary data 

volumes. The copies are made available to the Government through the StoragePort

access channel and can then be utilized for various needs such as application testing 

against `at scale' data, data warehousing, data mining, non disruptive backups, or 

batch processing.  

6.7.11 Database Services 

6.7.11.1  Managed Database Services 

AT&T Enterprise Hosting Services offers a managed database services available on 

predefined architectural levels. The levels allow the Government to choose a 

configuration that best meets the Government's requirements. All three levels include 

hardware, Operating System, and software. AT&T will support the installation and 

operational health of the managed database. 

AT&T will install, configure and maintain the database. AT&T will also ensure 

services and components of the application are functioning properly at all times and 

will offer support to the Government if the Government needs assistance. Support 

will take the form of a  passive  database administration role. AT&T will not
