How do I use this help?

This help file or manual is designed to help you find the information you require as quickly as possible. The two

quickest ways of using this help file or manual are the following:

If you are unsure how to do something or you have a problem, try the following approaches:

  Online Help / Manuals   Refer to the online help or user manuals for more assistance. Refer to the

following items in particular:

  Contents   The Contents allows you to scan through the topics that are available in a logical order.

It is worth taking a few minutes and reading the Contents to familiarize yourself with the help.

  Index   The Index lists key words and where they appear in the help. Use the Index when you know

the type of thing you are looking for but do not have the time to browse the Contents.

Getting help

The most effective way of getting help about Hosting Controller is to read the online help or manual (the document

you are reading now). Once you have opened the manual, the quickest way to find information is to check the

Index or Contents. It is a good idea to browse the manual when you have the opportunity to become familiar

with it.

button at the top right corner of the Hosting Controller window to open the general

help file or click on the

button (if available) to open the specific page of the manual.

2. Refer to the Contents and Index pages (which will appear slightly different, depending on the format of the

help file you are using) to find the required information.

3. If you have still not found the answer your problem, you can enter a trouble ticket   refer to page 32 for
