Retrieving your password

Hosting Controller will email you your password if you cannot remember it.

Note:

When Hosting Controller sends you a password, it automatically wipes your old password and sends

you a randomly generated password. Refer to page 21 if you want to change your password to something more

memorable.

To retrieve your password:

1. Enter the address of your Hosting Controller in your web browser. The address needs to be in the form of

http://www.yourdomain/advadmin/

2. Click on the Forgot Password link.

3. Enter your login username in the Login Id field.

4. Click on

button. Your password will now be emailed to you.

Logging off

Formally logging off from Hosting Controller is a more secure method of closing the web site tool, rather than

just closing the browser window.

To log off:

1. Click on the

button at the top right corner of the Hosting Controller window.
