Generating invoices

Hosting Controller enables you to generate due invoices for a particular reseller or client at the push of a but 

ton. You can have Hosting Controller to automatically email invoices your clients or print them from Hosting

Controller.

To generate invoices:

1. Click on the Invoices link in the Payments menu.

2. Click on the radio button next to the required customer, if required.

3. Click on the Mail Invoice tick box if you do not want to email invoices your customers.

4. Click on the

button to generate invoices for the selected customer only, or click on the

to generate all outstanding invoices for all customers.

Generating customer reports

Hosting Controller can generate invoice reports for you based on all the invoices that are stored in the system,

and display the current invoiced total amount. Once you have generated the invoice report, you can click on any

item in the list and view the details of the invoice, including the name of the client, when it was paid, for how

much, and what hosting plan the client is using.

To generate a customer report:

1. Click on the Reports link in the Payments menu.

2. Click on the radio button next to the required customer and click on the

button.

3. You now are viewing a transaction statement for that customer. To view a particular invoice or payment in

more detail, click on the radio button next to the required item and click on the

button.
