Listing ticket categories
Hosting Controller enables you, as the principal hosting administrator, to create new ticket categories as required.
Hosting Controller installs with a number of pre defined categories, which you can edit as you wish refer to page
38 for more information.
To list your ticket categories:
1. Click on the List Categories link in the Trouble Ticket menu.
2. A list of your ticket categories is now displayed.

Editing a ticket category
You can edit the name and description of your trouble ticket categories as any time.
To edit a ticket category:
1. Click on the List Categories link in the Trouble Ticket menu.
2. Click on the Edit link next to the required category.
3. Alter the name and description of the category, if required, and click on the
button.
