User Manager

During the process of hosting a new client, you need to add a new user for that client. Hosting Controller enables

you to list all of your users and edit or delete those users, if required. Once a new user has been added, you can

then create a new domain for that user, if required   refer to page 41 for more information.

To list your users:

1. Click on the List Users link in the User Manager menu.

Editing a user

You can alter the details of a user's account at any time. You usually need to do this to change a user's password

or enable/disable their account.

To edit a user:

1. Click on the List Users link in the User Manager menu.

2. Click on the radio button next to the account that you need to edit and click on the

button.

3. Alter the user's full name and description in the Full Name and Description fields, if required.

4. If you need to change the user's password, click on the Change Password Also tick box and enter the

new password twice in the New Password and Confirm Password fields.

5. If you need to disable the account, click on the Account Disabled tick box.
