Deleting a user
You can delete an unnecessary user account at any time. The user of that account will no longer have access to
your Hosting Controller system.
To delete a user account:
1. Click on the List Users link in the User Manager menu.
2. Click on the radio button next to the account that you want to delete.
3. Click on the
button.

4. Confirm that you want to delete the account in the dialog box.

Adding a user
During the process of hosting a new client, you need to add a new user for that client. Once a new user has been
added, you can then create a new domain for that user, if required refer to page 41 for more information.
To add a user account:
1. Click on the Add User link in the User Manager menu.
2. Fill in the user's personal information. The Login Name, Password, Retype password, and Email
Address fields are mandatory.
3. Click on the Disable Account tick box if you want disable the user's account. You can change this later
refer to page 40 for more information.
4. Choose the required hosting plan for the user from the Hosting Plan drop down list.
5. Click on the
button.
