Note: You can always change an error page back its default setting by clicking on the Default option in
the Message Type drop down list.
Changing the state of a web site
You can change the state of a web site whenever required, including starting, stopping, pausing, continuing, and
restarting the site.
To change the state of a web site:
1. Click on the List Web Sites link in the Domain menu.
2. Click on the radio button next to the required web site and click on one of the following buttons:
Host headers
The Host Header Settings area allows you to map other domains onto your current domains. A common reason
add a new host header is support both http://www.yourdomain.com and http://yourdomain.com. Please
contact your hosting administrator if you need to change the settings in this area.
To add a host header:
1. Click on the List Web Sites link in the Domain menu.
2. Click on the
button.
3. Click on the
button.
4. Click on the bottom radio button and enter the new host header in the available field.
5. Click on the
button.

Viewing virtual directories
A virtual directory is a directory that is not contained in the home directory but appears to client browsers as
though it were. A virtual directory has an alias, a name that Web browsers use access that directory. Virtual
directories are useful for the following reasons:
  More convenient for users type   An alias is usually shorter than the path name of the directory.
