Here are some commonly asked questions of our techs. Maybe they can help you. 1. Every time 
I call I am asked for different kinds of information each time and WHY do I get transferred after 
calling in? AIT tries to personalize our relationship with our customers and we divide our 
customers into three groups: The A Team, the B Team, and the C Team. Depending on the last 
digit of your customer number depends on which team you are on. 0 3 is team A, 4 6 is team B 
and 7 9 is team C. When you call our, you are asked for your customer number so that your call 
will be directed to your team. This way, each time you call you will be speaking with the same 
people instead of a different person each time you call. Hopefully, a relationship will build 
between our customers and our support staff. Once you get our support staff, the information that 
you will be asked to supply will depend on the question you ask. Your customer number is 
always useful for us to know, but sometimes, with a technical question, your domain name is 
"faster". When asking to change a password, we will ask for the last 4 digits of the credit card 
that you have on file with us to verify your identity for security reasons. 2. Why do I always 
have to submit a ticket? Sometimes questions our customers ask are easy to answer with a quick 
reply. Other times, such as email difficulties, your problems need to be researched. Submitting a 
ticket will do two things. One, it will "document" the difficulty you are having with your site and 
two, it will allow the customer support reps the time needed to research your problem thoroughly 
and guarantees a reply. There are NO unanswered tickets left in our system.
