New Features

New Virtual Business Console / CPANEL Is Now Here: 

The wait is now over! AIT has completed testing on the new cpanel and it is now ready for distribution. 

We will issue the new capanel to all AIT customers beginning at 9:00a.m. EST on Thursday 30 March 

2000. 

**Important Note: 

The new control panel will be issued to the advantage of all AIT users as a way to offer services, 

support, and news releases in a user friendly, convenient location.

We understand that this will cause some of our resellers who are reselling server 1 or 2 accounts a 

problem. We will be offsetting this with a one click option to install a "generic" cpanel over the full 

featured one. You will need to be aware of this so that you can overwrite the full featured cpanel 

immediately after it is distributed. This will allow you to maintain your reseller anonymity. The generic 

version will have the same look without any AIT specific features. Virtual Host control panels will have 

a new look but will maintain their content (no mention of AIT). The generic cpanel once installed will 

remain installed unless modified by you the reseller. 

Here are just a few of the new features: 

1. Generic cpanel for resellers. Just access your customer s control panel and click the 

link at the bottom to change the index page. Any changes to the generic page will not be 

affected by updates to the full featured control panel.

2. Your current login and passwords for accessing the control panel will remain the same. 

3. You now have better log analysis using webalizer graphic analyzer. 

4. You now have mail list maintenance. 

5. The interface is as user friendly as ever.
