customers will receive
their account
information from 1st
Commerce which will
include the URL for the
web interface for their
gateway access and a
user ID and password
to their account. 1st
Commerce will send the
secure public certificate
and keys along with the
configuration file to AIT
for gateway setup and
installation. When
installation is complete,
AIT will notify you and
you may then contact
your customers and
inform them they may
begin conducting
transactions with their
online Ushop store,
merchant account,
transaction server, and
gateway access. They
can check the status of
orders through their
web interface by using
there user ID and
password. At no time
will your customers
know that AIT exists.
You may contact 1st
Commerce at any time
to check on the status
of your order. Your
customers will be billed
separately for their
merchant accounts
through 1st Commerce
and its affiliates. Again,
there is no reference to
AIT.

The gateway will be
accessible to your
customers and you will
be billed for your
customers gateway on
your regular monthly
AIT bill. In turn, you will
bill your customers
directly for the
