Document Conventions

This user's guide uses the following conventions:

Commands are always shown in 

code font

 or 

bold code font

if found within a paragraph

User supplied variables are in italics

Terminal sessions are in 

screen font

www.yourdomaincom

 and yourdomain.com means the domain name of

your virtual server

Many commands are explained as if you were entering them from a

telnet command prompt.  The command prompt would look something

like this:  "virtualserver {1}% command."  For simplicity, this guide

will show this simply as "% command."
